Terms of Service
FlexRoute is free to use for personal delivery work. The code, design, and algorithms are protected by copyright. You may not copy, clone, or redistribute this software.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FlexRoute at flexrouteapp.com ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Intellectual Property
FlexRoute — including its source code, algorithms, design, user interface, route optimization logic, OCR parsing logic, and all associated materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of FlexRoute and is protected by copyright law.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the App's source code or design, in whole or in part
- Create derivative works based on the App without written permission
- Deploy the App on any domain other than flexrouteapp.com
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's proprietary algorithms
- Use the App's code or design as the basis for a competing product or service
- Remove or alter any copyright notices contained in the App
- Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or any portion thereof
You may:
- Use the App freely for your personal Amazon Flex delivery work
- Share the link flexrouteapp.com with other drivers
- Take screenshots of your optimized routes for personal use
3. Permitted Use
FlexRoute is provided for personal, non-commercial use by individual Amazon Flex drivers. Any commercial use — including but not limited to reselling route optimization services, integrating FlexRoute into a paid product, or charging other drivers for access — requires prior written permission.
4. No Affiliation with Amazon
FlexRoute is an independent tool created by and for Amazon Flex drivers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. "Amazon Flex" is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc.
FlexRoute does not access your Amazon account, store your delivery data on any server, or communicate with Amazon's systems. All processing occurs locally in your browser.
5. Privacy
FlexRoute does not collect personally identifiable information. The App operates entirely in your browser — your stop addresses, route data, and home address are stored only on your device using browser localStorage and are never transmitted to our servers.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymous usage statistics including page views, feature usage counts, and general geographic region. No delivery addresses or personal data are included in analytics.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
FlexRoute is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Route optimizations will always produce shorter routes than Amazon's order
- Address geocoding will be accurate for all locations
- The App will be compatible with all devices or operating systems
You use FlexRoute at your own risk. Always follow traffic laws and use your own judgment when navigating delivery routes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlexRoute and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect route optimization or navigation
- Loss of earnings, tips, or delivery bonuses
- Vehicle damage, accidents, or traffic violations
- Data loss or device malfunction
- Suspension or termination of your Amazon Flex account
8. Enforcement
Unauthorized copying, cloning, or redistribution of FlexRoute's code or design may result in:
- DMCA takedown notices to hosting providers
- Cease and desist notices
- Legal action for copyright infringement
If you discover an unauthorized copy of FlexRoute, please contact us so we can take action.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
