FlexRoute gives every driver free optimised routes before asking for a subscription. Scan an actual itinerary, drive the route it builds, and see the distance it saves you on your own streets.
That's the whole point of the free tier: you decide with evidence, not a sales page. By the time you subscribe, you already know exactly what you're paying for.
Because you can evaluate FlexRoute fully at no cost, subscription payments are final once charged. We don't issue refunds for change of mind, for periods you didn't use the app, or for cancellations partway through a billing cycle.
Nothing in this policy affects rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection law.
Cancel at any time and premium access continues to the end of your current billing period. Cancel a yearly plan in month three and you keep premium through month twelve.
At the end of that period the subscription doesn't renew and you're not charged again. No notice period, no cancellation fee, no retention call.
To cancel, email flexrouteapp@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout. We'll action it and confirm in writing the same way.
If you're billed twice for the same period — a double payment, or two active subscriptions on one account — the extra charge is returned in full. That's a billing error on our side, and you shouldn't pay twice for one subscription.
Email flexrouteapp@gmail.com with the address you used at checkout and roughly when the charges appeared. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method and typically clear in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
| Plan | Price | Renews |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $9.99 | Every month until cancelled |
| Yearly | $79.00 | Every 12 months until cancelled |
Both plans are recurring subscriptions processed by Stripe. Billing occurs at the start of each period until you cancel. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach FlexRoute — see Security.
If this policy changes, the version in effect when you were charged governs that charge. Updates are posted here with a revised date.
