The full terms below are what legally applies. The summary above is for convenience and doesn't override anything.
By using FlexRoute — the website at flexrouteapp.com and the Android app — you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use it. We refer to FlexRoute as "we" or "us", and to you as "you".
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
FlexRoute takes a list of delivery addresses, converts them into map coordinates, and suggests an efficient order to visit them. It can read addresses from screenshots you upload, and hand the resulting route to your navigation app.
That's the whole service. FlexRoute does not dispatch work, does not connect to any delivery platform's systems, and has no access to your driver account.
Do not interact with FlexRoute while your vehicle is moving. Pull over and stop safely before adding stops, scanning, or reading a route. Obey all traffic laws, road signs, and posted restrictions — they override anything the app suggests. A suggested route may include a road that is closed, restricted, unsafe, or wrong for your vehicle. You are the driver, and every decision on the road is yours.
FlexRoute is an independent tool built by an independent developer. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Amazon.com, Inc., any of its subsidiaries, or any other delivery platform. All trademarks belong to their owners.
You are responsible for your own compliance with any agreement you have with a delivery platform, including any rules that platform has about using third-party tools. We can't advise you on those agreements and we're not a party to them. If you're unsure whether using a tool like FlexRoute is permitted under your arrangement, check with the platform before you use it.
FlexRoute offers a number of free optimised routes at no cost. Continued use beyond that may require a paid subscription. Current plans are $9.99 monthly and $79.00 yearly, both recurring until cancelled, with payment handled by Stripe.
We may change prices. Existing subscribers will be told before a price change affects them, and can cancel rather than accept it. We may change what's included in the free tier at any time.
Cancellation, renewals and refunds are covered in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

FlexRoute depends on outside services for maps, address lookup, routing, text recognition, hosting and payments. Those services are controlled by their providers, not by us. If one is slow, wrong, or unavailable, parts of FlexRoute may be too. We don't control their accuracy and aren't responsible for it. Which providers receive what is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Most of what you enter stays on your device. How we handle everything else is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You keep any rights you have in the addresses and images you provide; you grant us only the limited permission needed to process them so the app can work.
We aim to keep FlexRoute running but don't promise uninterrupted service. It may go down for maintenance, third-party outages, or reasons outside our control. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
FLEXROUTE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ROUTES ARE OPTIMAL, THAT ADDRESSES ARE GEOCODED CORRECTLY, THAT ROADS SUGGESTED ARE OPEN OR PASSABLE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
Route suggestions are estimates produced from third-party map data. Real conditions — traffic, closures, access restrictions, weather, building layouts — will differ.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST EARNINGS, LOST DELIVERIES, MISSED TIME WINDOWS, VEHICLE COSTS, FUEL COSTS, TRAFFIC PENALTIES, OR LOSS OF STANDING WITH ANY DELIVERY PLATFORM, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF FLEXROUTE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR CAD $50.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights you have under consumer protection legislation.
You agree to cover us against claims arising from your misuse of FlexRoute, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of an agreement with a delivery platform or other third party.
You can stop using FlexRoute at any time; clearing app data removes what's stored on your device. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, or if we discontinue the service. Sections 3, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 15 survive termination.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and shown in the app where they meaningfully affect you. Continuing to use FlexRoute after a change means you accept it. If you don't, stop using the service and cancel your subscription; cancellation is covered in the Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Quebec. If you're a consumer elsewhere, this doesn't remove your right to the protections of your own local law or to bring proceedings where you live.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver of it. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between us. You may not transfer your rights under them; we may transfer ours if the service changes hands.
