Overview

FlexRoute is a free route optimization tool for delivery drivers. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

No personal data is collected or stored on our servers.

• Screenshots you upload are processed entirely in your browser using OCR. They are never sent to our servers.
• Addresses from your delivery itinerary are sent to third-party geocoding services (Photon, Nominatim / OpenStreetMap) to convert addresses to GPS coordinates. These requests do not include any identifying information about you.
• Route optimization is performed via the OSRM public API using only GPS coordinates — no addresses or personal information.
• Local storage is used to save your home address, start location, and last route on your own device. This data never leaves your device.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymous usage statistics such as page views, feature usage counts, and general location (country level). No personally identifiable information is collected. You can opt out using standard browser settings or extensions.

Children's Privacy

FlexRoute is intended for adult delivery drivers. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
